Yes — but they are very rarely detected in stool.

- Database coverage: Babesia (6 species), Bartonella (46 species), Borrelia (20 species).
- These organisms are typically detected in blood, not stool.
- If suspected, blood tests or microscopy are recommended diagnostics.
- In over 19,000 samples in Microba’s Discovery Database, none contained these genera.
