The last day to post samples for 2025 is 16 December 2025. Postal services can experience delays over the holiday period, and laboratory testing will pause until regular deliveries resume.
If a sample cannot be posted by the cut-off date, please keep the kit and collect or send the sample after 5 January 2026 to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Our team will be operating with reduced staffing over the break and will be closed on public holidays, but we will continue to respond to enquiries and release reports as promptly as possible.
