In order to share the report with your practitioner portal, we will need consent from the client.
To arrange report sharing:
If you are the patient: Please let us know the name and email address of the practitioner you would like us to share your report with.
If you are the requesting practitioner: We will first need the patient's written consent before we can share their report. The easiest way to do this is to CC the patient into this email and ask them to reply confirming that they consent to their report being shared with you.
Once we have the required information and consent (where applicable), we'll be happy to arrange the report transfer.
