Our Brisbane office team will be observing the Ekka public holiday on Wednesday, 12 August. Our phones and emails will be unattended during this time, and the team will return to the office on Thursday, 13 August.
While our laboratory will continue to operate as normal, mail will not be delivered to us on Wednesday due to the public holiday. Mail deliveries will resume on Thursday, 13 August.
As Microba is based in Brisbane, this interruption to mail delivery may affect the receipt of samples sent through the post around this time.
When should I send my sample?
To minimise the risk of your sample being held up in transit, we recommend waiting until the following week (17th August) to collect and return your sample.
This recommendation applies to all samples being returned from anywhere in Australia, not just samples sent from Queensland.
What if I’ve already sent my sample?
If you’ve already sent your sample, there is no need to take any action. If a postal delay means that your sample cannot be processed successfully, we will replace your collection kit free of charge.
