How can I get a copy of my report?

The most effective way to access and understand your report is to discuss it directly with your referring practitioner. Once they've received the report, they can share it with you, guide you through the findings, and address any questions you have.

In line with pathology best practice — and to make sure results are interpreted safely with appropriate clinical guidance — we don't release reports directly to patients without prior approval.

If you'd like to obtain a copy before accessing it through your practitioner, we can do that in one of three ways. We can request permission from your referring practitioner to release the report to you. We can submit a Data Subject Access Request to our clinical team for approval. Or, if you prefer, we can send the report directly to another registered healthcare practitioner of your choice — just provide their full name, practice name, and contact details.
