What is the Microba Microbiome Explorer testing process?

The process includes referral, kit dispatch, sample return, and report delivery.

1. A healthcare professional submits a referral through the Practitioner Portal.
2. The patient receives an SMS or email to place their order.
3. A test kit is dispatched to the patient within 24–48 hours.
4. The patient collects the sample at home and returns it to our lab.
5. Results are released within 2–4 weeks and appear in the Practitioner Portal.
6. Practitioners can then share the report directly with patients.
7. If needed, an optional Clinical Application Specialist support session can be booked.
