Where do I drop my sample off? Is there a collection centre?

Microbiome Explorer testing is performed using an at home collection kit. To access testing, you will first need a referral from a healthcare practitioner registered with Microba. Once your referral has been created, your collection kit will be shipped directly to your nominated address.

Your kit contains everything you need to collect your sample at home, along with detailed collection instructions and return packaging.

Once you have collected your sample, please return it over the counter at your local postal service:

Please do not place your sample in a street posting box, as handing it over at the counter helps ensure it enters the postal network as quickly as possible.
