Microba follows all applicable notifiable disease reporting requirements for the jurisdictions in which we operate.

In the UK, if a notifiable organism is detected, Microba notifies the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and contacts the local Health Protection Team as required. The ordering practitioner is also informed directly.

Practitioners with questions about reporting obligations in their specific region should contact our laboratory team.
