Important: Make sure you follow the instructions for your specific kit.
We are currently transitioning to new collection kits, so you may have either a legacy Essentials, Extended or Comprehensive kit, or one of our new kits labelled Kit A or Kit B.
Collection and return instructions may differ depending on your kit version and location.
Please check the instructions supplied with your physical kit and select the corresponding collection guide.
